In Latin America there exists certain community experiences and innovations on the subject of Child protection which are often undervalued. This explains why, though some initiatives exist, the region contributes little to the sharing of information on the subject.

This document summarizes the results of a study of the capitalization of community experiences of the Terre des homes foundation in 4 countries of Latin America, which took place from the 15th of February to the 9th of May 2011.
