It is essential nowadays that all projects in the field be organised around the project cycle in accordance with the stages and methods set out in this Handbook. It is above all a matter of emphasizing on a pragmatic process,
objective-oriented and calling for an in-depth reflection by all stakeholders. The appropriation of a project by its stakeholders depends on this. A harmonized presentation of its results is also essential in order to facilitate communication and capitalization of experiences.
