India and Indonesia - Distribution to victims of natural disasters

Tdh works in India and in Indonesia to help victims of recent natural disasters which affected the area. In India, Tdh and its partners are intervening in 21 disaster villages, distributing food, hygiene kits and school equipment to 3’810 families, whereof 7’620 are children. In Indonesia, 6’000 people received such distributions. These actions result from fundraising by the Swiss Solidarity which amounted to more than CHF 6.25 million, on its action day October 9th.
