The notion of “cross-cutting themes” at Terre des hommes

Terre des hommes (Tdh) leads more than 80 different projects, in its 30 countries of intervention. Each of these projects provides a specific response to a problem that affects children. But in order to implement each of these, Terre des hommes also relies upon “cross-cutting themes”, these are themes that are of permanent concern to Terre des hommes whatever the project or context may be, without being specific projects in themselves.

The objective is to influence as many participants as possible to respect the code of conduct and to put in place best practice techniques in their respective areas. This is a primary objective for Terre des hommes.
