In some rural areas of Mali, the lack of qualified personnel makes it difficult to deliver in good conditions. As a result, maternal and newborn mortality remains high. Thanks to an innovative approach, Terre des hommes (Tdh) trains health personnel to save lives in case of complications at birth.
