This document is Terre des hommes' policy for emergencies and humanitarian crises. This paper aims at defining and institutionalizing the Foundation's anchoring in the sector of humanitarian aid. It serves as a reference for all the interventions of Terre des hommes in this sector. It is addressed to the staff of Terre des hommes, in the spirit of sharing a clear, coordinated vision of the mandate and orientation of the organization.
