Innovation and the digital transformation of our programmes are essential to adapt to an ever-changing world and to have significant impact in the lives of children. Whether it is to meet the basic needs of children, defend their rights or improve the efficiency of our activities, Terre des hommes (Tdh) is constantly seeking innovative solutions.

IeDA - A digital solution to save childrens' lives
IeDA strengthens primary health care in rural areas in West Africa through innovation: a mobile application on digital tablets improves children’s medical treatment thanks to a better diagnosis.
Through the Tdh’s SIMESON project (Simulation of Essential Skills in Obstetrical and Neonatal care), we train midwifes and health workers in rural areas of Mali, Nepal and Bangladesh to make sustainable improvements to the quality of care provided at birth.
FabLab: An innovation space to reach vulnerable youth
Tdh has put in place innovative open spaces for vulnerable youth. They aim for their social protection and empowerment.
